Great communication from the seller as far as shipping and negotiating. Item description was listed as 100% complete. Ship was not 100% complete. Pieces for the rudder were all missing but one and two pieces were substituted out for similar but not the exact piece. Still a positive exp. as I don't believe it was intentionally done.
