We seal bagged the item in order to contain any of the fragile parts (for precisely this event) like the paper flag whose glue has dried out. (all of the flags will eventually fall down and need new adhesive) Please check the bag and other surfaces of the monument for the flag. The spire at the top of the monument is a painted wire that is sensitive and easy to bend. I'm presume you gently nudged it back into it's erect position. Thank you for buying this item.
