Great little backup ears for an unbeatable price. The 4pole (mic+headphone) 1/8" doesn't work with most major IEM RXs, so pick up a mic/headphone separator if you're trying to use them with Shure, Senn, AT, etcetera.

Careful with these guys. Item was defective, they claimed it wasn't. They refunded me my money but blacklisted me from buying from them again and said they told eBay about it. Ok well I've been buying on here since '99 and never had a problem with a seller.
