I have had a very bad experience with this transaction due to them using Aramex/Fastway couriers instead of Australia post which resulted in delivery taking 3 full weeks (21 days from purchase date) I had to buy the same item again from elsewhere & despite countless msgs to Rolan, they are trained to not even care about their customers & did not offer me any compensation at all, To me & I’m sure many others 3 weeks for delivery is Unacceptable, definitely no Positive experience here !
