Product protects the vinyl well, adds suppleness. It also cleans the grime off well. I wasn’t as impressed with the mold removal as I had expected even with saturation and scrubbing with brush.

Only issue is they sent a package of cookies also and this made it show to be delivered the day before the putte accually was recieved. But is did come and was exaclty as advertized.
