Not true! The shoes are the size stated in listing a 7H. If an item does not fit they can return no questions. This customer was refunded for purchase. As it states in our return policy, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. The shipping fee buyer paid when purchased was used to purchase the shipping label to customer, it actually cost us more than customer paid to purchase shipping label. I don't understand this negative feedback!
