    This item is never received. The seller claimed on the description that no tracking # was given and it had taken more than the acceptable wait time so E-Bay instead fully refunded the amount I paid for this item along the the shipping and tax. Orders should NEVER be sent without a tracking no.

    This is 100% the USPS issue. I agree that 1 1/2 weeks is longer than usual, However the postal service stated that there was a delay, but would be delivered. So now the buyer has the refund and either has or will have the product. Of course the shipping had a tracking number. No packages are shipped without one. I believe Ebay refunded the buyer way to soon. Getting the refund plus the package should have been enough but the HATEFUL buyer thought I also needed a NEG on top of the double loss.
