I did receive a wrong item (a pair was ordered, a Left Handed and a Right Handed tailgate struts) however I received 2 Left Handed items. Spoke to and e-mailed Seller who arranged replacements which were delivered the following day!! Also sent a free returns label for the wrong items. Fantastic service. Not yet fitted but quality and appearance look very good.
