I then received an email cancelling the purchase & refunding money due to item needing repair. Told it would be relisted. Seller relisted item, I offered him the price he had offered it to me for & was told price was now $169 because I live in California. Admitted he was taking a loss at the price he offered originally & then canceled deal after accepting payment. Not cool.
