Box looks like it was never opened. It was. Box had several finger sized holes in it which didn't affect product. Several items missing such as hanging hardware which I don't mind as I have plenty. Power supply/controller has pry marks on it and on/off switch seems to be faulty. Can and will fix as the product is worth it. Just not too happy about condition.
