The product was exactly as describe ,,it was new ,, BUT it did arrive to my door with dog/ or cat HAIR on it !!! those products were for SURE around pets ,, so NOW i have to go wash them to withdraw the PET HAIR on the product ,, it should have been washed before shipping to me and clean of PET HAIR
