This CD was defective. Seller described it as "new, sealed". It was sealed in cheap plastic and missing the tape usually used by the original company that would prevent the opening of the jewel case. When I put the disc in the Bose, it registered "unplayable". Then it wouldn't eject. I used every solution suggested by Bose and finally got the CD out . Couldn't contact the seller and wasn't allowed to leave a negative review until 7 days after delivery . This is not what I expect from eBay!

Sorry you had an issue I do wish you would have contacted me about the issues so a remedy could be reached. I contacted ebay's tech support because I could not find the message you said you sent and they could not find it. This was a new factory sealed CD form 1996 and and packaging is different than today's packaging.
