I contacted them on August 14th because they had not even shipped my purchase yet. Then FedEx had my order for over 10 days before I finally received it. I feel like they should have overnighted the order since they forgot to ship it out until I contacted them. And I also think they should communicate with the customers when it is going to be an extended time from when they promise
