Nice, like new, no degradation or wear and tear. Pretty cool to have the brand name logo rather than naloxone. I tried it out, fits two nasal narcan doses plus a couple pairs of gloves and one of those barely effective mouth to mouth barriers, which is better than nothing. If you administer narcan a lot, this is something you want.
