For some reason, UPS could not deliver my item even though I was home all day so that really sucked. It wasn't the sellers fault at all and he was very polite and fast about giving a refund. I would have rather had the light and I think UPS just didn't try to find my address. I've heard similar stories about people having the same issues with packages not being delivered.
