As above I contacted the seller, they said they would get in touch and then didn’t. I was polite in all my communication it had been some time since I purchased before I opened the parcel so
I wanted to make sure I acted quickly. This was obviously to
promptly & didn’t leave the seller enough time to reach out & resolve the issue so I’m sorry for that maybe I should have waited longer. However the seller has accused me of being abusive & this is not the case. I have forwarded everything to eBay
