- n***a (24305)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchasetechnically this is what i needed, but the measurements are terrible. the actual measurements of this piece, which is a size small, are a neck that adjusts 14 to 19" around, and a chest that adjusts 12 to 14" around. what animal has a neck thicker than its chest? good news is the fabric is very thin so i can easily fold the fabric over and resew the neck to a more normal size. but why should i have to?
