This Cap / Hat appears to be very well made, & of decent materials, therefore representing a quality item at a extremely fair price !! Now be advised that I haven't actually field tested it yet here in our New England winter conditions, but as of right now, I see no apparent reason why it shouldn't perform as intended. 101%++++++++++++.
