L scam, Screws are too big to fit clean and comfortably as well as I had to go to my local post office to pick it up and pay an extra fee for shipping!! Left screw is what is suppose to look like.

Never heard of paying a fee to pick up at a post offce, stop making things up. The screws are supposed to be long when they are brand new and are clipped to size as per lens thickness. If you didnt know all you had to do is ask.

The truth is, smaller than what it looks like in the photo, the augmented reality, the ones I have are much bigger, and the saddest thing of all is that they accept returns.

Yes youre right we do accept returns. Also your frame or caps are not cartier as per your photos the nose bridge is not from a cartier frame or the caps. So what is not authentic in this case?
