    I sent seller an offer. Seller said he was on vacation and it would take an extra week to ship. I agreed, and seller accepted my offer. I waited a week. Upon his return, seller cancelled the order because "I'm sorry but the shipping cost is too high, I updated the shipping cost on my posting" (his words to me), but he cancelled it using a bogus reason on eBay - "problem with buyer's address" (bogus because I've had the same address for 15+ years - no problems here). Buyer beware!
