Pretty disappointed with the quality and condition of this product. Having owned the same model previously the quality doesn't seem to be there, especially looking at the leather pouch. Could be the age, or a none genuine product, not sure. There also appears to be some damage from moisture on one of the ear pieces, and the sliding action is too loose to stay put.

Seller was responsive and great. Unfortunately, the dock had a loose connection to our Switch that prevented audio and some video from coming through on apps like Youtube and Hulu. Seller graciously sent a replacement dock for free, but it had the same problem as the first. Would recommend this seller but cannot recommend the product.
