Not the seller’s fault as it was to do with the waiting for this item to clear the UK Customs and for the notification card to pay the UK Customs Tax/fees charges to arrive by post at my home address. Getting delivered by UPS was an absolute nightmare. There was a customs charge that they never told me about. I found out at the first delivery attempt. I paid the bill directly to UPS and they failed to update so I took 6 delivery attempts and countless hours wasted. It took a total of two weeks to get the package. UPS is deplorable
