This is a new mini electric grill, checked in perfect condition and well-packed. Buyer gave address outside continental USA but did not pay extra for international shipping. I sent it anyway and took a loss on the high shipping cost. Buyer claimed it arrived with shipping damage but wouldn't give details. I asked for photos of damage to provide refund but buyer refused. Package was also insured but Buyer refused to process claim. What can I do when Buyer won't offer proof and won't cooperate?
