The lens hood arrived new as described, fast delivery and great communication from the seller. I must note that the fit of the lens hood is not as smooth as you would experience with the original part produced by canon, it needs some fiddling to be locked in place. Same goes for the material which is notably of less quality. Nevertheless, when taking into account the selling price, it is a great bang for the buck.
