The RAM card had a lot of bubble wrap and good packaging that protected everything in shipping. The card itself was in good condition but had some dust that needed to be cleaned off first before the card functioned properly but after running the RAM through a benchmark test and several resource heavy programs there have been no further problems. The RAM card was a good deal and a good replacement for the PC.
