Each sub-component is tested against the OEM Denso component specifications. Components that fail are scrapped. A NEW heavy duty (12 diode) rectifier, and a NEW clutch pulley are then included to improve durability and life. Components are then assembled and tested on our computer test stand. After passing the strict Denso specifications and output parameters, the alternator is released for sale”
