The scanner is inoperative. There are two sets of rollers and pads inside of the scanner, a set of two intake rollers and a set of two exit rollers. Both sets of rollers have deteriorated and the roller pads have turned to a sticky, gooey mess. I had ordered this unit a a replacement for an old unit that had a similar problem.
My plan is to take this unit and the parts from my old scanner and have it repaired to a working condition.
I would like a refund in whole or in part.
