Not sure that the remote was new, the buttons were a little discolored. Wasn’t able to change from C to F. Seller was responsive & tried to help. Refund was issued. This was a replacement for one I got wet so I know how to change that, but it just wouldn’t work. Postal service delayed delivery, no fault of seller.
