Very nice laptop! They replaced the bad battery with a brand new 3rd party battery before shipping it out. This is the second one I have purchased from them & it is in really great shape. It has one scratch on the palm rest but everything works that I have tested so far. The HDMI is a little flaky but it works. The screen is also very good with just one piece that can't be cleaned off.
The first one was perfect, physically speaking. I would buy from again after this second one.
