When I asked if they could send a specific model they said no. When I asked why it was so complicated to call the warehouse and ask them to send me a particular model, they said no. I ask why? That seems dumb. I've me the numver to to warehouse i will call and ask. They said no. Then sent me the wrong model.

That is a violation of eBay policy passing the blame to the buyer. Condition is apparently bad if broken when listing. It never got shipped. Seller lied in communication.
