The printer had been expertly reconditioned and looked like it had been barely used. They included a printout of the printer's history that was also helpful. Two of the cartridges (black and magenta) caused faint lines in the output, but I knew I wasn't buying full cartridges, and the other two were fine.

Trade insisted it was under warrenty. Dell helped me despite it wasn't under warrenty. Second time I wasn't receiveing emails.I went to DiscountDepot. I had the serial number, the day I bought it and they still refused to help me until I gave them the amount paid for it. Discount Depot has sold me 3 computers But no more trusting Sq. Trade or Discount warranties
