This item was obviously knowingly shipped broken. There was no damage to the package when it arrived and was actually packaged very well. But turning on the laptop the mouse would freeze but also about 3/4 or more of the keys don't work on the keyboard.. this laptop is a paperweight. He also made sure to put that there was a no return policy on this item. Weird? He knew he could sell a broken laptop and eBay would eventually refund the money and he could continue to sell broken products.

Great laptop for it's age. Missing fingerprint and display port and they were stated available in the description but it's not a big problem. Rather than that it's a wonderful piece of art, item well packed and smooth transaction. Not to mention the ultra fast delivery. Seller highly recommended. Thank you A+++++++
