I cannot fault Megachart for UPS failings, I'd hope they'd reconsider using them in the future. UPS tracking is inept and misleading resulting in my tech assistant blocking out 4 hours of time based on UPS tracking saying the package was already here in Vancouver, WA about 2 MILES from me, only to say hours later that it was DELAYED??!! A ROYAL SCREW UP. Further details would make your head shake off.
