He asked me to get it from the manufacturer, which is unheard of when you buy a item advertised as "complete." The seller did not provide a replacement for the missing piece. He challenged the pictures provided due to the fact that it was a "sealed item" eveb though they were submitted immediately after receiving it. No explanation or apology for the inconvenience were provided. False advertisement. The product was brand new and factory sealed.
