Item was delivered to the wrong address due to a printing error (smudge line) on the label a 1 looking like a 4. I asked for help and advice and got no reply. I did manage to track the item down myself in the end. With no help or reply from them lets hope i dont need to return the item for anything. I wouldnt hold much hope on getting a reply if there was an issue.
