    I've given this seller a 5 star rating although the item arrived rattling inside. I was not comfortable to switch it on. But the extremely generous discount the seller gave me when asking for the item to be packaged safely, left me overwhelmed at their generosity. The seller did their best but if it was sent in some bubble-wrap, perhaps it wouldn't have arrived damaged. However, it was kindly investigated for me and a purchase of J-B WELD epoxy resin has fixed the issue. 100% for generous offer.
