I will be the first to admit that delivery services mess up; once I had a situation where the company said they said an item was delivered and it came a few days later so I was planning to wait a few days before requesting a refund. The biggest problem is that when I sent a message saying eBay says the item was delivered but I hadn't received it--this seller showed no sympathy. The reaction was that I was harassing her/him and that I had no proof. Will not be buy from this seller again.

Customer demanded a full refund be issued despite tracking showing the item was delivered. When I asked the customer to contact the post office their response was "Hopefully, for your business' sake, I will eventually receive the items." Once we started receiving these threats we had to end communication with the customer.
