    Unit was confirmed to operate properly and removed from the system before installing a smart thermostat! You apparently have had two units that are not working for you? Maybe it's not the thermostat, and it is actually your HVAC equipment + competency!!! $30 including is not going to make/break my bank! Nobody here is OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!
