They sent me a Korean model, and I'm in the U.S. The product language and country regsion is in Korean. Even when I tried to translate the menu settings from Korean to English, it would not allow me to change the country/language. I am awaiting response from the reseller on a return. My experience so far has been very very bad. I'm not even sure if it was new, because the OS did not go through standard setup that was described online when i turned it on.
