These shorts (Levi's 569, size 34) that I bought on Ebay are to tight in the waiste. I have 3 pairs of the Levi's 569 shorts in size 34 that I bought from JC Penny and they all fit perfect. Color (green) was lighter than the pictures. Shipping cost was more than expected ($19.70) but the seller refunded me $4.00 after I contacted him and complained (which was nice). Not worth trying to return the $12 shorts because of shipping prices so I will just donate them.
