The problem lies with Grant who's description of their steering wheel sizes is incorrect. This 13.5" wheel actually measures closer to 12.5" while the packaging shows 13.25" . I suspect this is a legacy from when their steering wheels had a thicker foam covered rim and Grant now plastic coat the rim and haven't bothered to update any of their paper work.
