Hinterher ganz anders: Die Beratung war fachlich nicht kompetent (Händler empfiehlt Teile, die nicht passen können), mangelhafte Verpackung (Karton viel zu groß, Artikel fliegen im Karton herum und reißen Löcher in den Karton), unvollständige Rückzahlung bei Rückgabe (zieht Versandkosten ab, obwohl ich sie selbst bezahlt habe), reagiert nach Rücksendung nicht auf mehrere freundliche Nachrichten.
