I needed help with Installation and support was fast and precise, providing detailed instructions and pictures.
The unit is fast and responsive, it does require an extra microphone and it is in the kit and the car had an extra slot in the roof.
It does rely on the phone GPS for navigation and not a signal from the original GPS unit. So you will lose signal in tunnel’s and low coverage areas.
That is just a small drawback, I would still rate the unit 95/100
