Notified seller of issue to get return and began to get all kinds of messages about what it will cost to return plus a 20% restock fee. Then they want me to take pictures of the problem and an write explanation of why they won't fit. Then they do their "math" and tell me it just won't be worth returning because I will only get back $8 from the original purchase price of $73.50. This is just a ruse to discourage any returns. Don't buy!!

I ordered a specific size and brand of wire ties and got some plain packaged, no name ties. I asked for a return label and got some more red tape. If I wanted no name cheap stuff, I could have bought it all day long at HF for half what they charged. Do not buy from these guys, it's bait and switch. I won't buy from these guys again.
