I requested that the seller cancel my order and initiate a refund. Seller confirmed receipt of my cancellation request on Aug 24 and but has since gone dark. As of Sept 4 (and despite multiple attempts to contact the seller), I still have not received any updates regarding my order cancellation/refund status. Very disappointing experience.
