The little pottery pieces arrived quickly and most pieces were in great condition. However, the packaging was not adequate to prevent damage and two little animals arrived with parts broken off. Given the reasonable price, I don’t see a point in any further action, but I would surely recommend wrapping delicate pieces individually in something cushioning. A snack size plastic bag didn’t cut it.
