    Andrew at The Golf Shack has been great communicating throughout this purchase, due to Evri’s delivery issues and inability to sort them. A new shaft was sent out immediately via another courier whilst waiting on Evri’s issues to be sorted. The shaft was wrapped very secure in the box with plenty of bubble wrap and was the exact spec advertised. I will 100% be purchasing from them again in future.

    The item was exactly as described and was packed VERY well. This purchase was a good value to me but the international shipping took nearly three weeks longer than the prediction of over two weeks. This is not the fault of the seller as eBay had arranged the international shipping and a claim had been started before the package finally arrived.

    The ping driver shaft arrived in good used condition and was exactly as expected. The packaging was good ensuring it would not be damaged. Only complaint was the seller uses EVRI for postage and they were not great in terms of it arriving when they said it would and sending accurate tracking updates. That being said, i did received the shaft with a few days of ordering so cant complain too much. It was also £50 cheaper than my local club were offering it so good VFM
