    My seller went above and beyond to help me when my item arrived broken. He was extremely easy to deal with, filed the claim himself, was very polite but still professional. He stayed in contact with me until I received my refund. I highly recommend this seller. I deeply regretted losing a rare vintage bowl due to breakage by USPS. The box was obviously thrown although it was well wrapped and had fragile written all over the box, but the seller made the experience less painful.
