WARNING BEWARE UNETHICAL DISHONEST ARROGANT LIAR. LCD missing circuit from speaker to motherboard clearly shown in ad photo. NOW, POS acts like he, her, they, whetever it is is too stupid to understand the problem, blames it on my speaker and me, ignores the circuitry in the photo includes the terminals and circuit that connect the loud speaker to the motherboard and is not included on the screens they ship. they probably got away with the same line of BS a 1000 times"maybe your speaker is bad"
