RETOURS

1: Droit de rétractation.

Le client dispose d’un délai légal de 14 jours francs, à compter de la date de réception des produits achetés par le client, pour exercer son droit de rétractation à fin de remboursement et donc retourner les produits à la société sans avoir à justifier du motif (article L.121-20 du code de la consommation).

2: Exclusions.

Conformément à la règlementation en vigueur, le droit de rétractation ne peut être exercé pour les jeux neufs scellés, consoles neuves jamais utilisées et aliments, descellés par le client.

3 Retours.

Préalablement à tout retour de produit, le client devra formuler sa demande par courrier électronique à l'adresse suivante watatsumi@outlook.fr.

Dans ce cas, nous répondrons au client par courrier électronique en lui indiquant la procédure à suivre pour obtenir son remboursement.

Les frais de retour sont à la charge exclusive du client, et il est précisé que les risques du transport retour du produit sont à la charge du client. Sur ce point, nous conseillons donc au client de bien veiller à ce que le colis soit suivi à l'aide d'un numéro et assuré auprès du transporteur pour une valeur au moins égale au prix des produits retournés.

Les produits doivent être retournés si possible, dans leur emballage d’origine, non utilisés et dans un parfait état (non endommagés ou salis) dans les quatorze (14) jours ouvrés de la livraison. Dans le cas où le produit serait endommagé et/ou incomplet, le client ne pourra valablement faire valoir son droit à rétractation.

Les produits neufs, devront être renvoyés dans le même état que lors de leur réception. Précisément, ils doivent être neufs et exempt de tout défaut, non utilisés et jamais déballés, et toujours conservés dans leur carton d’origine scellé ou blister scellé.

Le renvoi du produit doit être accompagné d'une copie de la facture.

Le remboursement sera effectué au jour de réception du produit si les conditions de retours telles qu’elles sont indiquées ci-dessus sont respectées.
